Returns & Exchanges

At Offensive But Cute, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our products. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below:

 

Wrong Size

 

If you've ordered the wrong size, we're happy to exchange it for the correct size. Please note the following:

 

- The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn and unwashed.

- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Once we receive the returned item, we'll send you the correct size.

 

Faulty/Damaged Items

 

We take quality control very seriously, but if your product arrives faulty or damaged, we apologize and want to make it right. Please do the following:

 

- Send us a photo of the faulty/damaged item for verification.

- We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

 

Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an incorrect item, we apologize for the mix-up and will send the correct item as soon as possible at no additional cost. Depending on the cost of the item and shipping, we may not require you to return the incorrect item.

 

Customized/Made-to-Order Items

Please note that customized or made-to-order items, including but not limited to all around tank tops, shoes, bags, purses, and towels, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are made specifically for each customer, and as such, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing their purchase.

Returns for Other Reasons

 

If you wish to return an item for a reason other than the ones listed above (e.g., you simply don't like it), we offer returns under the following conditions:

 

- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

- The item must be in its original condition: unworn and unwashed.

- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Once we receive the returned item, we can offer a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

 

Please note that all returns and exchanges should be communicated to our customer service team before sending items back to us. This will help us process your request more efficiently.
